"I own a residential rental property in Miami which was in need of some repair. The kitchen and bathroom needed to be completely redone due to sustained water damage. I contacted Mr. Olivero who had done some work to the outside of the property several months earlier. It was the best decision I could have made. He was a professional throughout. In 2014, we took on a large playground reconstruction on our main campus. .In Miami it is difficult to find reliable people, so I am grateful that I was referred to CBT. I renovated my house almost completely, with new floors, bathroom, kitchen, electrical, impact windows, as well as an addition. It was a lot of work, and it was completed better than I had expected, given prior experiences with other contractors. He was friendly and professional, and provided updates on a regular basis. He also responded well to my many last minute changes. I will be recommending him to anyone I meet who needs a contractor.

The job had to do with demolishing and repair my contractor always on time on point knows his job the guys that was working with the contractor very pleasant knows his job very neat they both went above and beyond to get the project done I have another major project then I want to take on and I am most definitely definitely going to rehire them both no questions I am very pleased so far the job is almost done but I could not help it but to leave a review before it's even done that's how pleased I am
